Wonderful service!! I came in with quite a few dental problems and they sat down with me and helped me plan everyruhing out. I felt like they truly cared about my needs and concerns. I would highly recommend coming here for dental work. They are definitely here to please their patients.

Terrible service. The hygienist insisted she performed the gap test (the numbers), but she didn't. She said she obtained my numbers while cleaning with the sonic device. She said all the numbers were the same as last year. Not only did she blatently lie, but she did it while the dentist was standing right there.

I am beyond impressed with my experience at Streets of St. Charles Dental. I would recommend Dr. Mary Smith and the entire Streets dental team with complete confidence. Dr. Mary is a knowledgeable, efficient and reliable dentist. The office has a convenient location for individuals from St. Louis or St. Charles. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful; which is refreshing since the first point of contact is crucial. The dental care team is very professional and each of them strives to provide the absolute best care for me. They are very accommodating to my “fears” of the dentist and they always help calm my nerves by explaining the dental procedures to me. Dr. Mary takes the time to speak with me about my concerns and she genuinely seems concerned about my well-being as one of her patients. Personally, I believe Dr. Mary and the entire dental care team are the ideal dental practice!

Dr. Mary at Streets of St. Charles has proven to be such a compassionate and honest dentist for me and my family over the last few years. Her staff is so friendly and professional. Her kids days are so fun and well thought out! Thanks to her creativity, positive attitude, and obvious love for children, my kids can't wait to go back to the dentist! She makes kids feel so special and enthused about caring for their teeth. Her dedication and honesty really sets her apart from other experiences I've had. Although my son had a cavity in his baby tooth she said it didn't need to be filled because he would lose the tooth before it became a problem. Another time, she told me I needed a crown on a tooth, but then after removing an old filling, she discovered she was able to do a less expensive filling instead. Also, the officice has always been very flexible with payment plans so my family can afford what we've needed. I have recommended this place to many friends and family members.

The staff there is very friendly. I have been to a few dentists before and I have never been so comfortable. It had been a while since I had seen the dentist (4 years) so I knew I had to get some work done. This was relatively a breeze and painless. I joked with the staff a lot and they went along with it which I thought was cool. The ladies up front got me in and out when it was time to leave and if I could only now find an eye doctor open past 5pm on weekdays in St. Chuck I'd be in business.



I have read a few of the negative reviews on this place and I think this is grossly exaggerated. I have been there now a few times and this has never even been close, no pain, no waiting and a very capable staff from top to bottom.



I would strongly recommend this office to anyone Dr. Mary & Dr. Pastorek are two very good dentists with a very fun team.

I'm not one to write reviews but this place is so bad, I feel obligated. Apparently my experience was not unique based on other reviews I've found. On my first visit they wanted to immediately perform thousands of dollars worth of work. I was regularly seeing a dentist in another state so I knew exactly the condition of my teeth and most of what they were pressuring me to do wasn't needed. My wife had the same situation. I decided to go ahead and have two cavities filled and ended up having pain. I needed to come back twice to get fillings adjusted. On the second time back, I sat in the chair WAITING ALMOST AN HOUR to see the dentist. They apologized because they had an emergency. I understood that unexpected things happen so once treated, I decided to book another appointment (shame on me). For the next appointment, I confirmed the time the day before. I then arrive for my appointment to find a locked door and nobody around!! Apparently they decided to close early without telling me. I called the "centralized scheduling service" and they had no idea the office was closed, nor why it was closed but they wanted to know when I could reschedule... How about never? This place makes airlines and cable companies look good...

Had I seen the reviews here, I wouldn't go to this place. Got their promotion ad from our mailbox and so I went. The ad said cleaning plus xray plus exam cost you 59 dollars if you are a first time visitor. And I am a first time visitor and this is even my first time in the US since I am a new immigrant to this country. I was covered by dental insurance and my HR manager told me usually 300 dollars can cover 2 regular cleanings. Since this is my first time cleaning, I thought they may do some extra work and may cost more and my expectation was no more than 300. Well, they did the xray for me and the hygienist checked my teeth and the dentist came to check my teeth for just a minute. They charged me 220 dollars for the above work they done and quoted me extra 1600 dollars if I want to do the cleaning. Ridiculous!! Is it because I am covered by insurance and I am new here to the country and they did whatever they want? My insurance even cannot cover one regular teeth cleaning in accordance to their charge.

I came here to get a cleaning & xrays. They told me I had 4 cavities. I came back to get them filled (which was way more expensive than most places). After the fillings I immediately felt pain all week. Remind you that I never came in with pain. I went back to get it checked out. She did some work and a couple days later a slight pain was still there when I chewed. Now, I'm at another dentist who is more competent and gives individualized care. This place is a money making machine. They have 12 rooms filled with patients and fresh out of school hygienists. The doctor runs around from room to room and the office was filled with a ton patients and 1 dentist. I recommend looking at the USA Top Dentists website and go to someone on there. Also, I waited here for 2 hours and they also quoted me a ton of unnecessary dental work options that was up to $10k.

For the first time ever, I look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Mary is so nice and so gentle. She is patient and takes great care of my teeth. I would recommend Streets of St. Charles to anyone and everyone.

I have been going to Dr. Mary for three years now and my teeth have gone from poor to movie star smile with no pain to me or my wallet. I would reccommend her to any of my friends or family.

GET A SECOND OPINION! They are just out to get your money!!! I made an appt for a cleaning and finally got in 9 weeks later to only have xrays done after 1.5 hours and then go through a list of procedures I need . All I wanted was a cleaning but was told I needed the peridontal cleaning. Got a second opinion and so glad I did. I will never recommend this dental practice. THey quoted me $7k in work. My new dentist $2k. And all I needed was a regular cleaning!

Streets of St. Charles Dental is by far the best experience I've had at a dental office!! Everyone was more than friendly and helpful with a new facility that matches their professionalism.
