Auto Glass To Go

Very unprofessional. Dropped off my car as scheduled for my appointment. Came back after 30 minutes and waited in their reception area for another hour. I finally walked and found my keys and work order still at the counter. They said they have a"backlog". They should at least be informing their customers, especially those waiting inside their shop, of the situation so we can make our decision on whether to wait or not. A wasted hour and a half for a very unprofessional conduct.

I totally recommend Auto Glass To Go! When I called them, they offered me an appt for the next day, plus the rate was very low!! When the man came out to my work place, he was able to replace my windshield within 30 minutes (I was on my lunch break). I am very impressed and pleased with their service!
