The process was simple and easy from start to finish. The guys were great and took care of my belongings. Everything was so simple and communication was great. I had no breakage and everyone was on time. Thanks guys

This is the most detail oriented company I have ever come across. The estimator Trad was hands down the most professional and knowledgeable of all the estimates we had. He went over things I had never thought of. The crew Allen and Brian were equally amazing. They arrived for pickup on time and delivered on time. From the wonderful lady who answers the phone to final delivery they were just fantastic.

I did my research and chose this company. They were the most informative mover i've ever come across. The move went well no problems or damages. They were just expensive. I understand you get what you pay for but i was hoping the price would be under the estimate. I would use them again but i would expect a discount on the next one.

I had a very good experience all around. We moved from Florida to Oregon and had the same guys at the unload which was pretty shocking to be honest.

I had 4 estimates for my move to Texas. Their estimator was by far the best and informative. I felt comfortable from the first minute.They were the cheapest estimate out of all of them and I felt the best about them. The team picked me up and they were on time and so nice and covered all of my furniture with blankets. Then the same team arrived for unloading on the day they said and unloaded and they were again awesome, nothing broken no damages and no problems. To Trad the estimator thank you sooo much and sorry for all the calls. To Blaine and Brian thanks for the smoothest move I could have hped for.

They moved me to california and it was great. I had the same people at loading and delivering and Rob and Crew was great. There was 1 damage which fell under the deuctible so I didn't get anything.

They charged me the exact price estimated. They never asked for a deposit. They showed up when they were supposed to. They delivered when they were supposed to. The crew was very good and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recently hired On Time Moving and Storage out of St. Augustine, FL for the third time in five years. Note: There are a couple other companies in Florida called On Time so make sure you get the guys in St. Augustine. I worked with Bobby in the office there. First off, their charges are good. They come out, look at what you have to move and give you their estimate of what it will cost. They are on target and very fair. I like that. Next, I am a coach and I move fairly often with my job. I know how to pack. I use decent packing boxes. I label each box with my name and what room the box goes to. I count my boxes and number them so we all know what is mine. On Time Moving and Storage has been there for me each and every time I hired them. And this is the best of all. NO BREAKAGE. NO DAMAGE. NO LOSS. NO KIDDING. I do personally like to move first thing in the morning. They often arrive early on my moving day and they get right to work. No eating up time. I appreciate that. Believe me, I do have some moving horror stories I could share ... but NOT with this company. I have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS and only praise for On Time Moving and Storage. Finally, we all know it is stressful to move ... but this company takes a lot of the pressure off moving and I appreciate that more than I can say. There are good and bad out there everywhere. I have moved a lot in the past 10 years and I would not call anyone else. Believe me I have my own bad stories about other companies but I prefer to post positive reviews and learn from the bad ones. I am so lucky to have found On Time Moving & Storage in St Augustine . I have have used them repeatedly. I have worked with several different crews and always receive the same quality of service. I have special lift chairs that cost a lot of money and are very important to my quality of life and I need them to be the last loaded and first unloaded to make my life easier and they have always gone above and beyond to help with my needs. I have a lot of breakables and everything has always arrived just the way I packed it. My furniture is leather and it is always wrapped so as not to get damaged. If you have moved you know how important that is. I wanted to post this review so that I could help others have a good moving experience also. I understand that it is a stressful time and anything that can reduce that is a godsend. Thank you for your continued outstanding service.

Very Impressive job. They were as advertized. I paid a little more but got amazing service. They were reffered to me by a realtor. They came out gave me a written estimate and the price was exactly what i paid. To Brian and crew thank you.

Me and my mom used On Time Moving. The service was exceptional and the price was ok they were not the cheapest but were definately the best mover I have ever dealt with. Everything was handled so delicately and cautiously. The wrapped and blanketed everything and the price was exactly what was estimated. No problems and nothing broken.

On Time Moving moved me to California and it was like a well oiled machine. They gave me an estimate and the price was exactly what he said. The crew was very knowledgeable and polite. The unload was 1 day early and no damages and no problems. THANKS GUYS.

I am writing in behalf of my 83yr. old mother whose has moved 16 times in her life. We paid for a whole house pack job and a move up North. We were given and estimate of 2 days by the owner of packing her household goods.



The first day went as promised and we were pleased. The second day was a nightmare and had no leadership and a bunch of young boys were sent. Almost like they were gotten from a labor pool. The crew young boys put a big hole in the wall and did not tell us. They also left many items in rooms that had to be packed in the car by us.



When the furniture arrived up north it was packed on 2 trucks one of them being a rental. We were promised by the owner that they had a moving semi and our items would be kept separate from all others. The 2 men first asked how far Akron was from our house. They practically ran through the whole house delivery putting boxes of dishes upstairs etc.... There were many broken items furniture etc... due to poor packaging. Not to mention Items that lost or delivered to other people who's household goods were on the 2 trucks.



We purchased extra insurance from On Time Moving and when it came time to settle up I sent the claims forms registered mail like stated in the instructions and they were returned a month later as undeliverable. It took over 3 months to settle the claim and still did not get all the money owed.



This company/owner is very unprofessional and does not know how to provide good customer service. Once he received our money every time I tried to contact him to resolve issues he did not return my phone calls and when he did apologized and said he was busy.



I would not recommend this company. Beware

They were so polite and careful. I would recommend this company to anyone moving. They did not promise the world for the cheapest price. They were honest and explained the entire process and it went just like they said. PERFECT!

i used these guys for a local move in St Augustine. They were great those guys hustled all day long. Everything was wrapped so nice and I was amazed how much they did so fast. Yul and Toren were by far the best I had ever seen. One thing is for sure I will recommend them to everybody.
