Nissan Of St Augustine

The service department of this dealership has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I live in Palm Coast and drove up one Saturday to get my oil changed. Upon arriving, I was told that there were three cars ahead of me and that it would be a 2 hour wait (seriously....for an oil change?!). I decided I would just go home and make an appointment for the following Saturday online.



The next Saturday, I arrived with a printed confirmation of my appointment. I was then told that they don't make appointments for oil changes. When I showed them my confirmation email, they were baffled and said that it "was a flaw in the system". They then told me it would be a 2 hour wait and that they couldn't honor my appointment. The best that they would be able to do was give me the oil change for free. I'm sorry but it's not worth 2 hours of my day for a 20 dollar oil change.



Needless to say, I will never do business with these jokers again and I would suggest anyone else out there looking for service do not as well.

Don't go there. The truth is not in them. Since '07, I've attempted to buy three vehicles there. I live in St. Augustine and prefer to buy local when possible. Mistakenly, over the years, I thought things may have changed there. Worst of the worst...Jose, Joe, Todd. Don't have a clue how they keep the lights on and the doors open. Imo, the whole bunch of them should be tarred, feathered and sent out on a rail!

Dont not purcahse your next vehicle from this establishment. If you like to get way less for your trade than its worth and enjoying being asked to pay more after you close the deal, by all means give them your business. Otherwise do not give this dealership one cent of your money!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
