        BEWARE...Be sure to take pictures before you move in and out of you rental property. No matter how good you take care of the place or pay your rent ROB WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT! He will work with and take care of any maintenance you may need but YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT!! BEWARE OF THE STIFFER
