Imperial Floor Design

I purchased flooring from jamie and he gave us a great deal. I ended up installing it myself and he also gave me lead way on where to get my 1/4 round for a lot less than the big box stores.

If I could give them "0" stars, I would. Please don't purchase from this company. We *almost* made that mistake, so glad we didn't. The staff is made up of the most incompetent people I have EVER had the displeasure of meeting. I was warned about doing business with this company, now I see why. The owner, Jamie, is the rudest person. He curses at customers (and his subcontractors-so I've heard), drops the "F-bomb" like he needs to do it to breathe. He sits in the store barefoot (um, yuck), and is just inappropriate in general. Jeannette is no longer with the company. She wasn't there long. I don't blame her. Brandy - where to even begin? She absolutely does not care about her customers. She got this job by riding on Jeannette's coattails from another company. She doesn't have a CLUE what she is doing. She is rude, nasty, and doesn't know the first thing about "design". She could care less if you buy from them or not, and it shows. I have heard from friends around town that they treat their vendors and subcontractors equally as horrible as their customers. This is not the place to spend your hard earned money. We certainly won't be wasting ours there. I don't expect that this "company" will be in business too much longer.
