        I don’t usually write reviews, but had to share my experience. The staff is very friendly here, but the service is horrible. It took FIVE attempts to have my permanent crown placed. After the second attempt I tried to get a refund and go to a different dentist, but Dr. Kumar insisted that he would make it right, so I went back for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th time! After the 3rd temporary crown the staff said they would rush order the permanent crown and I would have it in 3 days, it took two weeks. Then again after the 4th temporary they said they would rush it, and again it took an additional 2 weeks. I will never go back to this place. Like I said, the staff is very pleasant, but I feel like they sweet talk you to try to make up for the crappy service. Also, if you are going to promise your patients that something will be done in three days, then stick to your promise. I would warn everyone to stay away.
