        Overall

        The Service is appalling. The mail carriers are scattered and we never get mail. i have been waitng for a parcel for over a week and when i call about it they say there was no address and they sent it back where it came from. i tracked it and when it left the city it was sent from it was sent to another place. i spoke to the person who sent it and they say it was clearly addressed. so someone is lying to me. i want an investigation because my mail is always going to someone else.
