Brian Blalack, the plumber, has been outstanding. We have had two occasions to need the aid of a plumber and he has proven to be exceptional. Not only is Brian knowledgeable and through, but very professional in his working with customers. He can make helpful suggestions and he can give excellent ideas for renovation.
Brian's PR with customers is outstanding. He "goes the extra mile" to be sure the customer is satisfied with his solving the plumbing problem. We had wanted a copper sink but never felt comfortable ordering one. Brian gave suggestions regarding which sink would look the best and give us the "best bang for our buck". He took the initiative of ordering all the parts and extras that we desired. We are so pleased with his work.
