Schauman Rentals

unless you want to be treated disrespectfully, and get kicked out of your home for nothing, then dont live here. we lived in a schauman home for a year in Freeland. We paid rent on time every month, Never had any complaints, and were respectful neighbors. We however, had some VERY disrespectful neighbors though. Once a kid down the street broke our windshield of our car with a ball and shattered it. Kristen (the office manager) never did anything about it. She treats you like shes above you and way better than you. its very snotty. So Then our basement flooded with water because the back yard wasnt graded right against the house. It smelled HORRIBLE, like MOLD and musty, in our brand new home. Mark Anderson did nothing, and it took FOREVER to get the smell out of the house. we filed complaints about the noise through the walls. kids RUNNING and slamming against the walls all hours of the day and night, the neighbors using a Blender and slamming cubboards at 5 and 6 am (which was RIGHT against our bedroom wall)... no respect what so ever. Then the final straw was when the kids across the street kept hitting a hockey puck at our car parked in OUR DRIVEWAY! i talked to the mother, and she did nothing. so i called kristen in the office. 2 days later, we received a notice to vacate our home. They kicked us out for filing a complaint against the kids that were HITTING OUR CAR! we had 30 days to move. RIGHT before our wedding, with no money saved to get another home. it was horrible. Kristen was rude, ignores phone calls, and doesn't act mature about running her business. take your money elsewhere. they are ridiculous. Nothing will get fixed in your house, the houses are built SO cheaply that you hear EVERYTHING.... they throw them up in less than a month and they are VERY cheap!!!!

Good town house to live in safe neighborhood. The apartment manager however behaves as ur boss, in stead of treating you respectfully as a good customer. They cheated me on my final months rent. They made me to pay for 1 extra month rent though i have vacated earlier. I called more them 45 days prior to notify of my vacating. But since the unit is leased to someone a month later, based on my earlier notification 90days prior of my probably vacating a month later. So they made me to pay for the whole month...despite me notifying well in advance, she didnt even have time to speak to me saying i got to pay and thats it, after living here for 3 years this is how they treat you, pure business is what they mean.

I THOUGHT THAT YOUR BUILDERS DID A NICE JOB,AND TELL THEM TO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
