Gs Pizzeria

Great food and friendly service. I had the chicken Alfredo and asked for broccoli to be added and it was scrumptious!!!

I have never had a bad experience with G's! I have been to the Saginaw, East Tawas, Bay City and West Branch locations and have enjoyed many different items on their menu. The staff are always very friendly, yes they were new and things were a little rough but all in all a very good experience every time our family goes there!

Was excited to try a new restaurant and quickly regretted it! I ordered the Southwest Wrap. We seen a total of 4 servers through the night, everything took forever, they all seemed clueless. Whatever who cares they are new not a big deal.



2 hours later....



Explosive Diarrhea, Throwing Up, Repeat for the next 2 days.... Went to the hospital couldn't open my business because of the food poisoning.



Called the restaurant to speak to a manager seeing that 2 other people from my party also got sick. They dismissed us saying "in 37 years they never had a food poisoning complaint".



I know things happen but own it, take responsibility. I am sending a invoice to Gs pizza for the 3 days off work, the medical bill, and $10 every time I had explosive diarrhea and $15 for every time I vomitted and $20 for every-time I did them both at the same time due to there poor food.



This may seem like a angry rant and a joke but I am very serious!

We ordered their Pub chip and Pizza. Chips ok I guess. The Pizza was very under cooked. I could stock my finger in the middle right after it came to the table to see just how cold and under cooked it was. The center was still raw dough. You should not be able to eat a slice of pizza or put your finger in the middle of it right when you get it with out burning your finger. The waiter said sorry and said they would cook it more. now its back and no different then before. We ask someone walking by for our waiter. He did not come back at this point but a waitress said she would have them make us a new pizza. We still had not eaten even 1 whole slice of this mess.



A person that looked to be in charge then brings us back the same pizza about 10 minutes later. Very over done looking and dry. It was hot this time I will give it that. I could not stick my finger in the middle this time.



So it sucked to put it no other way. I the waiter came over and asked me if we wanted a box. Note we did eat 3 and 1\2 slices at this point. I told him it was not very good and did not want it.



He brings me the bill. Full price, nothing taken off for the mess. I let him take my credit card and he bring it back. Still no change. So I explain to him that he hold some responsibility for this. I point out we are not taking the awful pizza with us. I tell him he is our voice to the manager, It was up to him to tell the manager about this and have something done about it. I do have some great pictures of this awful pizza to post. They had to burn it to get it hot. Unreal!



I even asked him how much I should tip him knowing this. He did not have a great answer for that. So 0 tip. I paid and left.



I eat out 2-3 days a week. This was the first and last time for this place.

The literal worst experience I've ever had in dining. The food took an hour and 20 minutes to be delivered for a small order. When it got here we took it and then found out none of it was our food. We called G's and they "promptly" sent out our food and an hour and 10 minutes later it arrived. First thing of note: no salad we paid for. The burgers were the epitome of tiny, lying on beat up white sandwich bread instead of any bun at all. The mozzarella sticks were enough to block you up for a week: I mean completely solid logs. They refunded my money but the transaction took an entire week to clear and my bank is fast. Just don't order from here.

I can not comment on the food or drink here due to the fact we waited over an hour for a six top while 3 five tops were set down before us. Two five tops entered after us. Another six top came in after us and was seated right away. Will not return. If you can't handle seating customers your not handling my food and drinks. I would give no stars but this site requires at least one to post.
