Captain's Italian Restand Pizza

I have never posted a review before but feel compelled to tell you how horrible a dining experience I had and to warn everybody . first the service was non exsistent and my sister ordered a Greek salad that came out as lettuce tomato and ranch dressing with potato salad. BUT, the best is that my family ordered pizza and lasagne that was made with moldy bad cheese, yes you could taste the mold in the food. (you can't make this stuff up). We couldn't eat any of the food and refused to pay. This of course was after waiting way over 30 minutes for the food. Later going to citydata.com they displayed a huge list of restaurant violations. How is a place like this allowed to stay open. The kicker is they had a "best of Tampa Bay 2010" plaque displayed in there window. I now know how worthless that award is.I've learned a lesson- check the internet. check YP.

This was was my first time in Safety Harbor. I enjoyed my stay at the Spa. I really enjoyed the shops on Main Street and especially love the food at Captain's Pizza. I loved the Seafood El Grecco, it was to die for. My waiter John was really an asset to the establishment. He knew just the right way to make my stay even better.
