FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My car was taken 2 days before Thanksgiving. Lucky for me I didn't have to pay for storage fees for being on their property. My neighbors witness the tow driver ripping my bumper in half and dropping my car. Now the front of the car is making this awful NOISE. Leaving other marks on my vehicle. I have been trying since the 30th of Nov. to speak to someone that can help resolve the matter. They make you explain everything all over again. The General Manager is never in and they won't divulged any info on how to speak with the GM. I finally get him on the phone he and ask me questions as if I was the one who damaged my own vehicle. He and anyone that I have talk to speaks over me and they are very argumentative. They asked me to send photos of the damage (sent 5 times...at least). I have done every single thing that has been asked of me only to figure out on my own that they have a firewall that won't even allow photo to go through. It's like they're playing games. I am trying very hard not to loose it but what are my options? I want my concerns addressed and my car fixed!!!!!!!
Solid Solutions 247 INC. needs to be investigated because no one should be treated like I'm being treated.....

As crappy as a situation it is to have to deal with these guys (getting my car repossessed) they were very easy to work with. I've heard bad things about tow yards and not getting your personal items back and I was moving so my car was FILLED with a lot and I got every single thing back down to the change in my car. Stoked about that! Great customer service and really chill people to deal with.
