This place is like a scene out of Mad Max|: Beyond Thunderdome. I wanted to leave as soon as I saw the place. About 1 block away is the largest concentration of homeless people you have ever seen in your life. There were multiple bums walking through the street like zombies. Upon entering this dump I saw a line of people who looked dejected waiting to get put on a waiting list for their refunds. There is no clear indication as to where to go when you get there So after almost getting slammed into by a semi, I got in the wrong vehicle line only to get screamed at by a woman in what looked like a prison guard tower. When I finally found where I was supposed to be at, I was told I would have to wait 45 mins for someone to use the restroom. I left, will never return.
