Sacramento Design Group did an outstanding job for me. The project was a residential addition and their work was flawless. Marc came by my office and we went over the project scope and in a matter of days my plans were done. I took them down to the County of Sacramento and they were accepted and permitted without any comments or changes from the County. The entire process from start of design to obtaining a permit was less than a month. I have been in construction for 36 years and would recommend Sacramento Design Group to my best of friends.

After discussing our project with Marc, we knew that Sacramento Design Group would be able to complete the home addition plans we had started with another Drafting company , who never got back to us to finish our job once we were issued plan check comments. I can't believe anyone has had a positive experience with this guy Marc. He has been the shadiest, most dishonest person I've witness in business. I seriously doubt any "print" of his has been approved by any building department. He lied to us constantly about the process and robbed us of $3k. See you in court Marc.

Sacramento Design Group was so easy to work with. When they came to my house to look at the design I had, they did not intimidate or try to change my design, instead they listened to what my ideas were and what I had to say. A few days after they came and measured my house, they came up with alternative designs to pick from. They came back with my plan and designs within 2 weeks! Although the permit takes a while to come back, it is worthwhile waiting for. Sacramento Design Group is a great place to go to if you have any issues with plans. They certainly helped make me realize my dream of having an addition to my home soon. Thank you SDG!

After talking with a few designers I decided to work with the Sacramento Design Group due to the fact that they appeared to offer much more than the other Draftsman. Their ideas & obvious knowledge of the construction process made them the easy choice over the other people who only seem to have Drafting experience. I knew because our project was to convert our single story home into a two story, we would need someone with construction experience. I own a 25 bed Residential Care Facility in Midtown Sacramento and needed someone with expertise in getting me the required

building and planning permits at the City of Sacramento planning offices.



I made one phone call to SDG and had a meeting with them the next day. At that meeting I hired them on the spot (due to deadlines I had to meet). I was nervous at first but within a week or two I was very confident that the work was getting done in a timely and correct fashion.
