Point Natomas Apartments

Where do I begin, I needed an apartment, and fast. I went to look at them and al seemed nice. The girl promised a lot of nice things about the apartment (remodeled, TV, the apartment I chose, etc.) Says she'll take are of me (paper-work). It took 2 weeks and no phone call. So I drove there and she LIES to me and says the apartment I want was rented out accidently or some b.s. a couple days ago. I was like what? why? All rude she says, "first come, first serve," blah blah sorry. One, she promised me a place already, Two, was she ever going to call me to tell me so I wouldn't waste gas and drive over there? Hell No. So I took my money and left, she said whatever. Here is the kicker, 2 weeks later I return and went to the other girl for help. The first one got so pissed cause the commission she works hard for got taken by the second girl. Well what? The first one did not want to help me. What am I suppose to do? She really got mad cause she probably got in trouble for lying to me. Anyways, then the next part of the story. The second girl says, "I will help you, don't worry we"ll get you a place, just not the one you wanted." I said fine I"ll give her a chance. 2 more weeks and no calls. I would call and nothing. They require so much paper work (Credit check, criminal check, pay, etc) and they make a big fuss about it. So end result, they promised they would help me, send me forms I needed to sign, etc. Nothing, they just wasted my time and gave me the run around. It was serious b.s. the way they treated us and were rediculously rude. Want to know what else is funny, I read all the reviews on this website, and they are 100% accurate. I spoke to a girl who lived there 5 months ago, says all the stabbings are true. Cars get towed teir all the damn time, the staff is full of bunc of rude snobs, theft is highly preveant, Natoma has high crime, cars get sollen everyday, ya. Not of that is a lie. These apartments look niceon the outside, but honestly, its a dump. Good luck to all of you apartment seekers seriously.
