        Quoting was an acceptable experience

        Customer service was horrible, install was delayed, and not up to industry standards. A lot of damage was done to plants, paint quality was not good, called multiple times to speak to the owner-who wouldn't call me back. Accounting department needs to go to charm school

        The customer service for Ornamental Iron Outlet is nonexistent. If you don't mind waiting for them to show up anywhere from 2 to 4 hours late, then they are the company for you.

        Over the years I have turned to OIO for my commercial and residential iron needs. Their service and products can not be beat. I have purchased many gates, fences and security doors and I am happy to report that even after years of abuse they are still standing.

        All around great service! Show room staff and office staff very professional and knowledgable. Installation timely and fast. I love my fence and gate! Prices were very reasonable.
