Glass 2 U

I've had the worst EXPERIENCE ever with the owner/business. I've taken my car in TWICE in 3 weeks for them to get the tint done and after both times the windows are still BAD and he just keep coming up with all kind of excuses why the windows are what they are. They all have air bubbles, debris, and dirt. The owner blames it on the film company that it's a warranty issue not a tinting issues. Warranty card states clearly they are not responsible for dealer's application of tint. The WORST part was that he's unethical, unprofessional, and unreliable. He LIED to me the second time that all five windows were redone and it doesn't take a genius to figure out what's been done and what's not. How dare he questioned me "WHY DID YOU BRING YOUR CAR TO ME TO TINT?" I reply because I thought you were a ethical and professional business. I would rather drive hours to get a tint done if this is the only place left in California.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I don' have a choice so the system gave him a 1 star but my experience IS ZERO star.

These guys are great I need a windshield for my Mercedes, I check prices all around but these guys gave me best price in town. And they do same day and quick am so happy with Glass2U service. That's why I refer to everybody who need glass with better service & better price no needs to look around just straight go to Glass2U.
