We ordered some dressers and nightstands from Alex Designs in mid May. We were promised to have

them 2 weeks later in the middle of June. That date came and went with no furniture arriving

or even a call from Alex. We called him multiple times to find the status of when we might

expect the furniture. He never returned our calls. We had to drive over to their office and

speak to his wife/secretary. They said there were some delays and it would be a few more

weeks. We tried to pin him down for an exact date but all he'd say was 2 weeks. Those weeks

came and went and still no furniture. He never returned any calls we made, never informed us

when the product would be delivered. DO NOT give him the total payment up front. You will

lose your bargaining power and he'll never call you. I would do business elsewhere because he

will frustrate you by not returning your calls and not deliver anywhere near the time promised.
