I divided up my clothes and sheets into four machines, an even amount of clothes in each, woth the same amount of time and on high heat, and one of the machines did not dry my sheets at all, it was as wet as when i took it out of my machine at home. the woman who is always there, whom i suppose manages the business, was very confrontational and rude to me, refused to believe there was something even wrong with the machine to begin with, and told me that she does me a favor because i cant wash my clothes at home and bring it to dry at the laundromat, even though there is no such sign that says i cannot do that, i have been going there since it opened, and now she says i am not welcomed back. Her behavior was repulsive, she was extremely uncooperative, and her response was unwarranted. Bad customer service, will not go there anymore. totally didn't do anything to deserve what she said and how she treated me
