We bought a house in sparks crossing,one of the biggest mistakes that I have maid in my life this is what was wrong,back screned porch had to be torn down with in two months,the quality of the wood and workmanship was terrible,the back screen door was crooked ,the floors in the front hall and kitchen squeaked,the water lines to the second bath were hooked up backwards,the water and electric for the washer and dryer hookups were put in backwards,the paint on the interior was so thin it didn't cover the walls,all the doors on side the home squeaked,when they took out the doors to paint ,they broke two doors ,the cabinets hinges, in the kitchen all came loose the cabinet man came out at least 4 times to tighten the hinges ,the front gutter had to be repaired 7times for being crooked, we ended up selling the house and loosing 85,000 dollars ,the builder is a nice guy , but his crew don't know what they are , doing when the home inspector did the inspection he found a great deal of water puddles underneath the house,it cost me another 3,700 to have that fixed,,Buyer be ware
