        Could not be bothered to show up at Court

        Be wary of this guy for small jobs that are "not that much money to me" (Direct quotes). We hired him for an expungement that had a court date...he didn't show up and respresent us as he said he would on 8/13/10. He had the DA do it for him in Puyallup. Needless to say, it wasn't processed successfully. If he did show up and it was denied, then yes, I could understand the ruling. However, when asked about correcting the misteps He said "he's already spent too much time on this" and won't go to the courthouse to get the official documents. He will not reimburse you either if he did not do the services agreed upon in the Written Agreement. All we ask is he show up when required, be present to what he agreed too and follow through.
