        I brought my 2003 Ram into the shop with a steering issue after another local mechanic said that he could not fix it. Triple B took me right in the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. Once the parts came in on the following day, my truck was repaired but I was out of town. The owner, Joshua, agreed to meet me at the shop the next morning, which happened to be Christmas Eve. He took the time to answer all my questions about the truck, some of which were unrelated to the repair. I am glad to have found a good diesel mechanic right here in Ruston.
