        Francis Manufacturing Company can produce castings weighing fractions of an ounce to several hundred pounds. Located in a 125,000-square-foot facility, Francis Manufacturing Company has produced aluminum sand castings since 1946. A variety of aluminum alloys are poured at the facility to satisfy present customer requirements of very small order quantities to larger production runs of thousands of castings per week. The family-owned aluminum sand foundry, located in Russia, Ohio, employs more than 120 people. Francis Manufacturing Company serves accounts throughout the United States and Canada.
