Working with this company is as bad a herding cats. We originally received a wheelchair from them with no problem. But after several years the wheelchair started falling apart. They said they would fix it. They had it for over 6 months and still hadn't gotten to it. Insurance said it was old enough to get a replacement. They were supposed to get a replacement. It's been over a year closer to 2 and still haven't gotten the new one. They gave us a loaner but now it's breaking. Every time we call it's a run around. We get told they don't know what we are talking about. We've been told it's not their fault and we've been told blame insurance for being slow. We've talked to insurance they said it was approved. Then they told us it was the company that got them the wheelchair. It is exhausting trying to deal with them. Insurance says that since this is where we originally got the wheelchair it has to be done thru them. So we are stuck working with inept clueless people. If you can go somewhere else. Don't get stuck.

I think that everyone should know the way this company has treated my mother so no one else had to go through this same treatment. My mother was prescribed a motorized wheelchair because she is unable to get around easily anymore. We submitted this prescription to this company back in December of 2012. Since then we have called and came into this place a numerous amount of times and very rarely even received so much as a call back, and each time was told that the paperwork was almost done and would sent off the very same week. Now it's been more than 9 months and I was told just the other day once again that the paperwork is about ready to go and will be sent off the next day. So as of now if that were true she still has another 30-45 days to wait. And when asked why it took this long for paperwork I was told " oh I'm not sure but all I can do is apologize". Do not recommend using them for anything
