        American Honda Motor opened its first United States plant in 1979. The company has Honda automobile, motorcycle and power-equipment dealerships throughout the U.S. In October 1946, Soichiro Honda established the Honda Technical Research Institute in Hamamatsu, Japan, to develop and produce 2-cycle motorbike engines. Two years later, Honda Motor Company was founded, and in 1959, Honda opened its first storefront in Los Angeles. The location in Russells Point, Ohio, manufactures transmissions.

        Overall

        2002 Honda civic Lx with 123000 on the dash. the transmission gave up at this mileage. I am so disappointed, Honda engineers should look at this problem and try to fix it because it is getting pretty common on the civic. For my case I was not expecting this problem. I dont recommend it you have to be ready for this kind of problem.
