i was hit by an illegal alien who had no driver's license in a hit and run accident. 10 people injured.
the alleged driver had their insurance they wont pay because no one can prove he was behind the wheel. google this "grand prairie hit and run back to back"

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WHAT KIND OF GARBAGE INSURANCE IS THIS! DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE...

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I have been hit by two of their "customers" and both times they are unable to contact their insured and deny the claim against them. They even went so far as to suggest I take the person who hit my car to small claims court! Any of you out their who think you are purchasing insurance are doing nothing more then throwing your money down a rat hole. Don't believe me, check out their Better Business rating of "F". The owner/manager John McKinney should not be allowed to walk the streets. Check out the scammer standing next to his airplane on his linked in account. You bought that plane for him. ZERO stars!!!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! Their client rear ended my son while he was stopped at a red light, they are doing their best to get out of paying for all the repairs! We have been playing their run around game now for almost 3 weeks. Thank The Lord I don't use them, but I feel sorry for anybody that does. Make sure you read all the reviews and ratings before using this insurance. There is a reason they are rated a "F"!

This insurance agency is HORIBLE! tell your family and friends to not go through them! They are a scam that rips people out of their money even though they pay EVERY month for full coverage! I had a 2012 ls coupe camaroe that had HAIL DAMAGE in april due to the storm in LEWISVILLE. THe car has full coverge and was parked in the freaking parking lot when the damage happen. My estimate for repairs is $5000, but this insurance had been having my case pending for now 7months! They trying to say because at the time my name wasn't on the policy it's not covered when my granny who insurance i'm on drove the car to my job to bring me lunch. THey had me do a statement under oath, adn I still haven't heard what's next. THe lawyer I spoke to LISA BALL told me that if I could fax her proof that I called my granny to bring me lunch that day that my car should get paid for, which i did. Now 6 months later I'm calling to check the status and ENDEAVOR says they never got the fax. WHy not contact me? THis is a ripp off! DO not get insurance through this company! Now I have to come up with $5000 on my own!
