Blackland Water Supply

The people are nice when you go to pay your bill and that is where the one star above comes from that they got from me, but they have no way to pay it online. Mail is not reliable anymore with the kind of people out there today, water payment stubs get lost in the mail. Since we live in the country and police and neighbors are spaced farther apart, this is an increasingly growing problem. You have to go there and pay it. It even says on its statements, if and when you get them, that they are not responsible for lost mail. They have no online system to check it to see how much you owe to mail it in when you don't get your stub in the mail (did I mention this is often?), they have no after hours drop box and hours of operation are only during business hours M-F.



They can easily link their system to PayPal and have people pay that way, but they don't. It feels like I'm back in the 70's with this water company.
