BJ's Wholesale Club

This store has a high turn-over of employees. A corporation that hires the cheapest labor it can find. Not all, but a large majority of the employees are rude/nasty and ignorant and simply insulting to customers. Management seems to lack even the very least of formal education that would be required for the positions they hold. They condone and lie to justify their and their employees inappropriate and very unacceptable behavior. The management and emplyees lack the simlpe basic knowledge and people skills to do their jobs efficiently and productively. I rate this store with one star, only for the few good employees they do have. If you have a problem in the store, they will ALWAYS blame the customer.

Amazing Customer Service.

My wife, my daughter and my self went on a Saturday noon and bought some groceries for a baby shower and we checked out and decide to come in again to buy a perrier water, we left our kart unattended for like 20 min, and our groceries were gone, and I asked the manager about the situation and without giving any attitude or anything they reimburse me the same groceries without any problem, great staff and great customer service it couldn't be better, definitely we coming back and we keep buying our groceries there, thank you so much.
