the flower shoppe has been around for years, but the new owners have taken the to new heights. although I have not ordered many arrangements the ones I ordered were fresh, beautiful, and perfect for the occausion. Customer service was exactly what was needed. the ladies were friendly and helpful.

I have ordered homecoming flowers, several presentation flowers and sent flowers for funerals. All the flowers have been beautiful and above my expectations! The customer service has been stellar and I will continue to do business with them in the future!

This was the 4th place i called, and it was the only Flower Shop that helped with all my questions. I live 65 miles away from Rowlett, and it was my friends B-day. It's not like I can go and pick something out and see everything that they have. I didn't want to send just flowers, I wanted my friend to enjoy her gift longer than 3 days. I called 3 places first and no one had anything but flower arrangements, and their job is to create....design awesome gift ideas. The lady that helped me at this Flower Shop was patient. I asked question after question, do you have candles, picture frames, crosses, key and laggage chains to bath and body stuff. She had everything there at that location, she even took the time to tell me what the candles smelled like, she described the frames down to the texture. She had great gift ideas. On top of everything their flowers and candles were 50% off at that time. I will use them again, and this Flower Shop knows what customer service is.

I absolutely love The Flower Shoppe! My first trip to the flower shoppe was for my mother in laws birthday about 3 years ago and they did an amazing job! I use them atleast twice a month. They always have the most brilliant ideas for floral arrangments and I'm never dissapointed!!
