Startech Outlet Inc

StarTech Outlet Inc. is a fraudulent business. They cheat consumers. They sell electronic devices that do not work. I bought 4 electronic devices from them at 4 different times, and 3 of the 4 items do not work. They take 6 months or longer to do an exchange (excuse send it to oversea and takes time), and the exchanged one still does not work, then you request exchange again, and they take at least another 6 months to do another exchange, and the exchanged one still does not work. when you request exchange again, they would say warranty period is gone. No refund and no more exchange. That is what happened to me 3 times for 3 different products. StarTech Outlet Inc. is located in Austin and Round Rock, Texas.
