First Rate Financial

We just closed on our first house. It a stressful process, but thanks to Patrick Pitts at First Rate financial, we were able to focus on finding the house we wanted, and leave the financial stress to the pros. He took care of everything from credit scores to interest rates, and everything in between. We live in a different city and there was some apprehension from our realtor with using a lender that was not local. However, we wanted to stick with Patrick, and we are so glad we did! The realtor was so impressed with how smooth everything went, that she says she will be recommending Patrick and First rate for future clients! Patrick was able and willing to explain and answer any questions we had along the way, which made us feel confident in the whole process. Thanks again for everything!
