This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Not the worst moving company, but the worst company period.



We paid them extra to crate a 42"x72" glass table, but by the time they got it to Little Rock from Austin it was shattered. We thought it was no big deal because we had paid for storage insurance (it was stored in their warehouse for months) and extra moving insurance.



They also broke a $100 vase. Again, we're thinking no big deal since we paid for insurance. Unfortunately, after 2 1/2 months of wrangling, they offered a settlement that wouldn't even pay for the glass table replacement, much less that and the vase.



I got 6 bids for the table replacement and they were $200 off the cheapest. When I told them that (very politely, assuming they'd work with me), they shut off all communications. Wouldn't return emails or phone messages.



I left one message and one email a week for about 6 weeks, then got fed up enough where I called once a day. They then blocked my number.



I had to speak with my attorney and threaten them with a lawsuit before the owner (John Sisk) finally emailed me back. Also, I had recorded every single conversation I had with the case workers and managers there, many of which acknowledged the debt they owed me. I attached one of the conversations to an email I sent to Mr. Sisk, and after recognizing there was no way out for him, he made began communication again and we reached a settlement. Once I agreed to it, they gave me the runaround for another 3-4 weeks before they mailed the check.



These are the most unprofessional and irresponsible people I have ever dealt with on a business level.



DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!
