Funny, after posting a review of this scam of a business my son was sent the pay check that was owed to him. The problem is, they shorted him hours and paid him at a much lower rate then he was promised. Stay away from this company. They do not pay their lifeguards properly or on time. I still cannot get a hold of The folks who are supposed to fix this, Katie, Richmond and Morris Barkley. It's pretty sad that they don't think twice about ripping off college students struggling to make a buck. Disgraceful. I would still give USA Management ZERO stars if possible.

I don't understand the bad press about this company. They have managed our community pool for years and we have never had any issues. The lifeguards they manage are professional, courteous, and prompt. They are quick to respond to any questions we have ever had. Not to mention they offer a solution for all things aquatic. They don't just deal with lifeguards, chemicals, or maintenance. They offer EVERY service that an aquatic facility may need.
