It is great to finally have a good property manager. I never had these kind of updates from either of the two previous companies. Breath of fresh air!

I am happy that the company takes care of my property and notifies me of anything that needs repairs. I especially like that they do inspections of the property. I can easily reach my contact when needed with a speedy response.

I picked up this company because it seemed to have the quality and attitude that they really were professional, found quality renters and went out of their way to make the owner satisfied. Over many growth spurts and a few minor fender-benders they have evolved into a even greater assets to keep my unit occupied and in working excellence. Adding many of the qualified staff over the years has definitely been a boon both response time and follow-thru. Definitely recommend for the owner who needs the work done at a competitive price.

Ashman Associates has handled my rental property for many years and now that I have recently sold it I just want to say that they did a fantastic job for me every step of the way. My husband and I have rented a house from Ashman Associates since July 2010 and they have been absolutely wonderful. If they need to come by for routine maintenance then they always call ahead of time and leave a note detailing exactly what was done. Maintenance requests have always been handled very quickly and the two ladies in the leasing office are always very friendly and helpful. We have recently renewed the lease on our residential home that we’ve been renting through Ashman Associates. We have been very pleased with the service provided by your firm. Our current rental property, when we first viewed it, was in need of substantial work, as it had not been kept up properly by the former tenants. Our agent informed us of the repair work planned for the property, and he took careful note of the concerns we raised. Since we desired the house, primarily for its location, we filled out the tenancy application even though we had reservations. We were very pleased to find that the promised work was completed before we were scheduled to occupy the house. Furthermore, as other problems appeared after we’d settled in, you promptly had them corrected – even though we’d stated that they weren’t urgent matters. I am very grateful for the work that Ashman Associates performs for my rental property. It is often a very thankless job because so much of what they do goes on “behind the scenes,” but I wanted to take the time and highlight some of their feats of strength.
