Absolutely filthy living conditions. They will offer to fix the slum you're moving into for a thousand or more dollars when you first move in (that's plus first months rent and whatever other deposits they add often). They will take that money and run. Our trailer is full of black mold from things they refused to finish repairing, despite already having our money. This place is a slum and the landlord is a slumlord. This place is terrible. As someone who is still stuck here after a year -- don't rent here. They'll rob you blind.
