Don't trust this company! FREDDY CRUZ can't be trusted. He is a criminal! Aggravated assault with deadly weapon...etc.... If you are in the process of using him, don't pay him until the jobs done and you fully inspect it. I am stuck with a horrible carpet job. I trusted him a little too much and paid him up front. He said he would come fix it and now won't return my calls. He said he will show and won't. Very inconvenient. He returned my calls quick until he got my money. The carpet separates, ripples, holes, and nails are sharp at the entry way. The carpet looks cheap. And I didn't buy the cheapest either. The guy Freddy hired jetted before I could tell him what I found wrong. There are other places cheaper I could have used but he seemed like an honest gentlemen. I will not recommend him for any amount of money. I should have researched him before cause based on other reviews online, this isn't the first time he did this.

The worst. First they sent very unexperienced crews, and did really bad job. We requested to redo, they refused. We pay extra for a piece of carpet in advance. The owner Freddy took the money, and never show up again, and never return the money. We called his wife Angela Cruz listed in under A&F flooring "Angie's List" says Freddy is EX husband. So she won't refund the money. They are crooks.
