This has been, by far, the worst experience of my life dealing with this company. I had problems since the second day. The first lady we dealt with was fine and friendly...took ALL of my personal info for processing. Then, next day, she was 'off' and since then have not heard from her. We did some research the night after we didnt hear back from her and learned that I am not alone in having this done to. (too little too late) I have been given the run-around for over a week now about the $1000 good faith deposit I left and have yet to get a straight forward answer. I have supposedly spoken with the general manager and sales manager and neither one was helpful at all. The general manager just said "well, what would you like me to do about that?" I would not send my worst enemy to this company and I am going to do EVERYTHING in my power to let people know they are nothing but a fraud!!

Do not give this company your money or property or trust them to make payments to the bank for you. Several properties have been repossessed while under contract due to non payment from their asset management. You may loose all the money you have invested, or your credit will be ruined. This is not from a single source, but several of us who have had the misfortune of dealing with with company. They have put us through undue stress and expense, while continuing to lie about account standings with the bank, with no remorse once the account becomes severely past due to the point of repossession and loss of property invested in by both the seller and buyer.
