Wildwood Properties has a great reputation of property mangement. The worst thing about them is that sometimes they dont return phone calls in a timely manner and you have to call back. Understandably they are busy and forget sometimes. They always take care of my maintenace problems in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or have a property they want to rent out. Let them have the headache while you collect the money! Sounds good to me!
