I love the selection of products offered. So easy to come here and get all of your beauty needs. I feel that sometimes the staff can be a little more helpful.

Everything imaginable for beauty needs. This is where I go for hair products. Always busy but plenty of staff to help with any questions.

Great selection here. I was looking for a gift there recently, and they didn't have it. But, the sales person was very helpful and checked a couple options to see if we could find it. Love it when places gave great staff!!

Went in to Ulta for my daughter to get her makeup done for homecoming. Even though the guy that was doing her makeup was about 30 mins behind with his appt before ours, he was gracious and let us know how much longer and that he was sorry for the delay. Once he started with my daughter he did a meticulous job! She loved it. He took a little over an hour and she looked fabulous. We'll be back.

Ulta has a lot of different choices of products. However, many products are often out of stock. I will continue to shop there because it is easy, but overall can't give it more than 3 stars. The customer service isn't great and the bathrooms are offer filthy.

Found what I needed but they were out of one item. I happened to find it in a rack near checkout. Lucky find.

Had a great experience in the make up area. Wonderful suggestions by a esthetician. Can't wait to see if they work!

This is not my favorite place to buy beauty products. I was helped by someone that didn't really know what they were doing. My bare minerals color was matched incorrectly which is embarrassing to walk out with. This was not a great experience overall.

Lots of products offered. It's a little uncomfortable to have so many make-up artists approach you every minute. However, they are friendly.

Great place to get all your beauty needs. They have everything you need under one roof. Plus they have a hair salon.

The salon is very convenient, but the stylists seem very fresh out of cosmetology school. On multiple occasions, a simple cut and color has taken more than 3 hours. The last time, the highlights were finished after the store closed so my daughter didn't get a trim. However, the results turned out beautifully and it only cost $75. (My much more experienced stylist at a different salon charges twice that and has me done in about an hour.)

Very good hairdresser here her name is Myra, and she can do the best blond hair ever. I like the roots touch ups that she does, and the conditioning and toning of the hair feels amazing. Great discounts with ulta 20 percent coupons. I like the location in the big shopping center at front of the Galleria Mall, the bathrooms located at the end of the store behind the hair salon. The also provide the manicure, and facial there as well.

Large store with incredible selection. Rewards program wonderful. I hesitate shopping there due to long lines at the register.

My favorite beauty supply store! They have everything you could want or need. I only wish their coupons would be accepted on prestige cosmetics.

The selection is endless and they always have what I need. The employees are helpful and always willing to find things for me or recommend products.

I have always had excellent service and found a wide rang of products to work well with my ski issues. Hard to find or seasonal items usually in stock and you get more product offers than big box stores

They have everything. I could spend hours wandering around here. Good price ranges too. High end make up and less expensive stuff too

I do my brown roots and my stylist is amazing. Her name is Myra and I love how she makes my hair blond looking.

Store is always clean and they are rarely out of the products I'm looking for. Line can get long but it moves quickly.

My go to for makeup! Staff is helpful and friendly. The store was recently redone and it looks great!
