Siena Apartments

These apartments are beautiful inside and out. We are located in a well manicured, area. It is extremely quiet here. People are always outside jogging, enjoying the flowers, enjoying its beauty. You will see that it stands out over all other parts of roseville. Its like the yellow brick road...but dark smooth roads and always new and kept new every year. There are coyotes and wildliife around. Its the greatest school system ever. For what you pay for, you will receive high ceilings, big windows, and modern cabinets. It is well worth the money. The neighbors are friendly, and the area is at most the most trustworthy. I have been here for 6 years. The management team is by far friendly and quick if you ever have any maintenance issues (rare)The apartments are almost new. Yes, there are children here, and they are apartments, so you will have of children. So if you dont like children, it isnt for you. Find a place for 55 years and above where people are retiring... We havent had one problem with noisy people or anything like that. I feel bad I havent written a review, but I love it here, and if I didnt I wouldnt still be living here. My children have grown up here and have been thriving. The management team knows me and my children and they are a delight. They've become like family. I haven't seen the police here since I moved here 6 years ago. If there was a crime here, it is like a needle in the haystack, because I know management tries their best to put the best neighbors around. Because I know my neighbors. All I can say is check out the neighborhood yourself, check floorplans yourself. look at how well taken care of the premises are, talk to the neighbors. Yes, the parking is hectic if you come home at 11:oo pm. You'll have to drive across the street.No big deal. Be grateful for such a beautiful area to live, and be apart of the place being such a wonderful place to live, and do it yourself.

These apartments are probably the most god awful ones I have ever lived in. I've been a resident of the Rocklin/Roseville area for over 10 years and lived in quite a few different apartment complex's. Never have I had so many issues from just one complex. Where to start? First off, there is almost ZERO parking here, so, if your ever planning on having guests overnight you might want to tell them to park in the residential neighborhood across the street. They allow 2 parking passes per apt. (1 for cover and 1 uncover) Yet, there aren't enough parking spaces to accommodate. Secondly, the walls are, and im not exaggerating, paper thin. I can hear everything my neighbors are saying. In fact I can hear them so well, I know that they aren't even speaking English. My neighbors are constantly up into the early hours of the morning slamming cabinets, dragging their dinning table around for hours on end (no exaggeration, its really happened ) and stomping there feet. Even during the day they are overly loud. They run up and down the stairs, let the children play in the halls. Their kids scream so loud its like im standing right next to them and worst of all half my neighbors SLAM their doors. Its like it is almost too hard for them to just shut it that they have to slam it closed. On top of that, doorbell ditching has just becoming a fad with the children around here....My boyfriend wont even stay the night because my bedroom is too loud, at 11 o'clock at night.....And good luck if you ever want all of it to stop. I've been to the office twice and confronted them about my problems. I still have yet to see any improvement in the noise control for my building. Moving into this complex was probably the worst thing i ever did! I advise everyone and anyone to seriously reconsider moving into these apartments. I cannot wait until my lease is over or if they let me go because I am seriously soooo unhappy its not even funny. Im writing this letter at 1:45 am because my neighbors woke me up!
