YP is a very good way for people like my self to find items we are looking for with the right guide lines.

This is their customer pick up center and we have been here a few times to pick up a TV and couches. The staff if friendly and helpful.. They are super careful with the furniture

Great selection and good value. Bummer it's close on sundays. Love the clearance section, found some good pieces in there.

These guys have the best warranty policy. We recently bought a fridge and every couple of months it had an error message. They returned it and allowed us to pick pick out any new fridge we wanted

This store is beautiful and they have a huge selection of furniture and electronics and friendly helpful staff! We got a great deal on a dinning set and it's beautiful and really great quality we have had it a year with 2 kids and no problems! They have a pick up area for your furniture and that was fast and efficient and they loaded everything in our vehicle for us! They are closed Sundays.

They have a ton to choose from at RC Willey. They also have a lot of readily available sale associates to help. All of the products we have purchased from them have been quality products.

The staff was very friendly. They greeted us & helped us load our new furniture in the truck very quickly.

I ordered my TV online and picked it up at this location. They were quick to get my order and look over it for any damage. They helped me load it up too.

My family has bought many pieces of furniture from this store. They have great prices and a friendly staff that doesn't make you feel pressured to buy. Pick up is fast and convenient.

Overall they have good variety but quality of furniture is fair. I always go to look but never find what I'm looking for.

Purchased our carpet here and just love it. They deal with very professional people who come in and get the job done. Two days to carpet a two story house. Selection was good.

The guys in the warehouse are great. We have had to pick up several items at this location and they are always friendly even when a customer is being a real jerk they are always nice and professional.

We purchased carpeting for our home and the staff handled all of it. Someone came out to measure and we got it installed quickly with no hitches in the process. It turned out beautiful.

We purchased a couch set at rc willy (top grain leather) at a regular price $3,300 with the full warranty and the first thing we noticed was the color was rubbing off so we called rc willy and they said the warranty does not cover color so we said we didn't know this the lady that sold us the warranty said if anything goes wrong with the couch see were covered so we were alil disappointed. Next and major thing that happened was we were cleaning out couch after we had friends over and after the warrenty had expired one month that deep under the arm of the long couch it had staples there so I didn't think much then I realized that I had just cleaned the other side and there was none so I looked again and sure enough the left side was not only stapled but at one time broker the stapled up to conceal the break in the wood. We never really sit the the room these couches are in because we have another sitting room we love ( 5 bedroom large home). I was very upset to know that we paid regular price on the showroom floor and picked up a wrapped up set at the warehouse that was broken then sold as new. If u are going to buy anything from there please inspect the item carefully! Never thought it would happen to me! Johnny
