        When Ray O. Cook Co. was founded in 1947, central heating systems were starting to become popular and central air conditioning was a luxury only few could afford. Harry S. Truman was president and World War II had just ended a few years prior. As time went on, our country celebrated post war times and central heating coupled with central air conditioning became more popular. As popularity grew along with heating and cooling technology, Ray O. Cook grew with the industry as well. For over 60 years, generations of families within the Greater Sacramento and surrounding areas have relied on the Ray O. Cook name for all their heating and cooling needs. In fact, Ray O Cook's continued success is attributed to their loyal customers who for many generations have put their trust in them.         We recently had our heat and ac unit replaced as well as new ducts. We are happy to have even heat throughout our entire house, and look forward to not suffering this summer when it gets hot. We didn't know what we were missing until we had an old, poorly installed system replaced. Paul M did a great job testing our air flow, and finding the right system for our needs. The process was clear and effortless. The installation Team (Eric, Zander, Brett, Randy) had great Customer service, hard workers, and are experts in their field. We highly recommend this company.

        Honest service and reasonable prices. Installed our unit and have helped maintain it. They really came through in a heat wave emergency.

        Contracted them for new heater/ ac unit. Did the work quickly, answered all questions. Came in to inspect the unit at a later date and also fixed a problem which we had a couple years later in a timely manner. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, professional.

        They installed a new havoc system in my house and did a great job. They made sure that I received all available rebates and warranties. They also made sure everything was clean when the job was done.

        We bought our new air conditioner 5 years ago from them and still love it. Their customer service was so good we bought a new one for a second property this year. We have the Bi-annual service program which get it ready for winter and summer. This is totally worth the money. They always show up on time. Almost everyone in the neighborhood use them.
