        First off, this location has no current phone number that is valid for the doctor. Good luck getting ahold of them. More importantly, Dr Bakos, the fatest man in the building, would never follow his own advise, if it was worth a dam. Complete incompetence of staff and utter disregard for actual care led to my husband's near death - no joke! But they still want their co pay. If you are having health problems, prepare to actually die waiting for this fat man to get a single referal, authorization or plan of care. But at least he prescribed drugs with known side affects to kill you faster.
