Geek Squad

I really like this company. They are very professional and friendly. They are knowledgeable. They seem very trustworthy.

Have had to use them for computer problems in the past they are awesome and super efficient. recently we had to send them out to one of our children's apartments to help them set up the Internet they were prompt ,answered all his questions and he's not a techie and got him up and running .I would highly recommend... them great price too

I had a laptop that was dropped on the floor by my two year old. Since that day a few months ago my laptop battery would not charge and since it was not charging every time it came unplugged from the power cord it would just turn off and I kept having to start over. I took it to Geek Squad and they told me the motherboard needed to be replaced and it was going to cost me. I decided to just by a new laptop even though this one was only a year old. I had a friend come over to transfer the data from my old laptop to the new one and he took a look at the old one. In less than three minutes he had proved Geek Squad wrong. There was nothing wrong with the motherboard. Turns out it was my charger that needed to be replaced which only cost me twelve dollars on amazon.com including shipping. I have learned my lesson with Geek Squad.
