Diamond Heating and Air is the BEST!!! When we decided to look in to replacing our 21-year-old HVAC system we called for a couple of quotes. After the first company 'salesman' came out we were pretty discouraged as we were told that we would need to spend about $20,000 and that if we went lower we would only qualify for a $650 city of Roseville rebate...UGH! The next day Bob from Diamond came out and things went from bleak to excellent. He was so friendly, patient and professional that we felt immediately at ease and optimistic. His quote was so consice and he presented us with everything from lower end models to high end sytems with no pressure to make a decision then and there or overspend...needless to say we signed on the spot, purchasing a high end Lennox system for a MUCH more reasonable price and with a $1684 city rebate which Elaine takes care of 100%, all we have to do it wait for the check in the mail! Our service technicians were also fantastic! They were not only friendly but professional, knowledgeable and patient...we even left for lunch both days confident in leaving them in our home alone. We had to have a little bit of extra work done but, as promised in our original quote, there was not additional cost to us. We would reommend Diamond Heating and Air to ANYONE!
