Sweet Tooth

They have great cake, but their customer serivce is horrible. I ordered a cake for my childs birthday party. They asked me to send them a picture of what i wanted on the cake, Then i actually had to go provide the picture to them, They wouldnt laminate it, i had to go to office depot and laminate it myself and then there wasnt even enough room left on the cake for my picture i had to cover some designs. At one point i felt having to do all this self work for a cake im paying for was too much so i had decided to cancel it and she stated i would still have to pay. Also They force you to provide your credit card infomation over the phone to hold the cake, When i went up there 2 days later my credit card information was writen on a piece of paper randomly with all the others. I asked her if she was going to shred it and she said, " i guess i can i usually wait till the end of the week" I do not agree with this at all!!!

IVE ORDER CAKES FROM THERE 4 TIMES AN THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DELICIOUS AN VERY NICE LOOKING MY LITTLE ONES HAVE LOVED THERE CAKES BECAUSE SHE CUSTOM MADE TO WHAT THERE PARTY THEME .THE CAKES ARE VERY YUMMY AN I CANT WAIT FOR ANOTHER B DAY TO GO BUY ANOTHER CAKE . AN THE PEOPLE THERE ARE VERY NICE

I ordered my son's first birthday party cakes from there...for one they were over priced for what i got called the day before the party and told me i would be able to get what i wanted because of time when i placed my order well over 2 weeks before the party...icing looked horrible on both cakes my sons cake was uneven and the lady andrea that worked there was VERY rude...will NOT be going back
