        I just received the most outstanding customer service from one of your many wonderful drivers. This the fourth time that she has transported me. She is courteous, caring, and always on time for her pick up. She knows Manhattan very well. Her enthusiasm and courteous ways are admirable. I also like the fact that she is bi-lingual. She is very neat and the car is always clean and presentable. She is professional and makes sure that I am comfortable every time she picks me up. She is a fantastic driver and her main goal is passenger safety. Congratulations on having outstanding people proving the best transportation services.

        Great Job!!

        The drivers always showed concern for my needs in every way, from my safety in and out of the van to moving planters off my steps and returning them to their proper place. The Drivers should also be proud of the cleanliness of their vans and the attentiveness they give to the patients when they reach their destination. On Time played a huge part in my rehabilitation to get me to my present state of walking on my own two feet.
