The Finance Department, operated by the government of the City of Roseburg, offers accounting services for city departments. The department provides grant administration and debt and cash management services. It is responsible for the preparation of annual financial reports and budgets. The department collects payments for utility billings, airport leases, and park and building permits. The Finance Department also collects payments for golf cart barns and trail permits. In addition, it is responsible for Roseburg Municipal Court. The City of Roseburg operates through fire, parks, information technology, public works and community development departments. The city s police department offers law enforcement and emergency management services.
