Hillbilly Heaven Resale

Hi my 63 year old, disabled mother, purchased a couch with an ottoman the beginning of March, 2016, from Hillbilly Heaven Resale. She was told that the ottomans they had in stock were damaged, they had more coming in, and they would deliver her ottoman on the 9th of March.
When my mom called to confirm she was told that it would be on Friday the 11th of March........no delivery, no phone call, nothing......
When we called them the person who awnsered knew my moms address when I inquired about the ottoman and he knew she expected one. His response is she didnt pay full price so hes not gonna deliver it. When she purchased it was with the understanding she was also getting the ottoman. as you can imagine we are very upset that they would rip off a elderly woman with obvious failing health.
Do not buy from them, stay away, and be warned.
